Guten Abend, Bin Leider in so einer Sperre Mit meinem Microsoft Konto von 30 Tagen Warte zeit! Nun ist das Problem das meine Anmelde Email Adresse auch die von Microsoft ist! Komme auch nichtmehr mit dieser Email Adresse auf meine Konnte das von Yahoo ist.
Kann Ich trotz allen den Code Empfangen den Ich ja brauche dann , Es ist zwar auch eine Handy Nummer dort hinterlegt bei Microsoft die aber auch nichtmehr Aktuell ist . Hoffe das Mir jemand einen Tip geben kann ? Mfg

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with a game. Unfortunately, you are not able to move game and items from one account to another. You can check your

order history on both accounts to see which account it was purchased on.

Hello Mario,

We understand that you're attempting to sign into your Microsoft account, but the account is locked for the 30 day time period to secure it.

In regards to your question about receiving a code even though the phone number on the account is not up to date, it too will do this 30 day lockout if updating the number is decided.

We would like to confirm that your mention of the email address would mean that you decided to update the email to the Microsoft account, and the account should then allow you to continue signing in to gain access to the account but with limited access.

A suggested article for you is our unblock your Microsoft account or Outlook email
support article, which will more than likely lead to our when you can't sign in to your Microsoft account support
article.

Try both articles, and let us know if this helps.

If you followed the troubleshooting steps to reset the password for the account there is nothing you can do. If that was a child account and nothing was purchased through it as consequence you can always set up a new one.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to assist you in trying to recover that account if that's what you want do.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
