Microsoft Konto gesperrt wegen "Verdächtigen Aktiviäten"[Translation-Microsoft account...

Hallo zusammen,

ich hoffe der ein oder andere kann mir weiterhelfen bzw. mal etwas Licht ins dunkel bringen.

folgende Situation:

Ich habe mir vor rund einem halben einen Microsoft Account (wegen GFWL) erstellt weil man diesen anscheinend benötigt um GTA IV spielen zu können (habe erst später festgestellt das es auch mit einem Lokalen Offline Konto geht und der Account somit eh überflüssig
war).

So, das funktionierte auch alles top und hab auch eine gewisse Zeit problemlos gespielt, habe dann aber das Spiel ruhen lassen da ich das Interesse verloren hatte. Nun hatte ich (paar Monate später) wieder Lust mal weiterzumachen, allerdings konnte sich das
Spiel nicht mit meinem Microsoft Konto verbinden. Ich habe dann versucht mich außerhalb des Spiels bei Microsoft anzumelden und habe dann die Meldung erhalten das mein Konto wegen "Verdächtiger Aktivitäten" gesperrt war. Kurz die Telefonnummer angegeben und
Konto auch ruck zuck entsperrt, allerdings fehlt mir ein wenig der Sperrgrund?

Ich habe über verschiedene Wege versucht Kontakt zu Microsoft aufzunehmen

1. Support Chat: Der Mitarbeiter konnte so gut wie kein deutsch und hat offensichtlich einen Übersetzer verwendet und konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen.

2. Telefonisch: Nach einer halben Stunde Warteschleife dann aufgegeben.

3. Per Mail: Keine Reaktion.

Ich habe natürlich direkt meinen Aktivitätenverlauf überprüft und nur lediglich diverse BING Einträge gesehen. Ich habe BING nie verwendet und war in dieser Zeit auch nicht eingeloggt. Die letzte BING Aktivität war am 31.10., wenn ich nun aber den Loginverlauf
überprüfe gab es (außer meinen) keine anderen logins die letzten 30 Tage, auch nicht am 31.10. womit ich dann ausschließe das mein Account irgendwie gehackt wurde o.ä.

So nun kennt ihr die Geschichte, ich habe lediglich die beiden Fragen was die BING Einträge zu bedeutet haben, wobei da eine Vermutung ist das dies von Microsoft selber kommt, jedesmal wenn ich eine Mail mit BING Werbung erhalten habe tauchte das auch in
den Aktivitäten auf (mit paar Tagen unterschied meistens).

Und meine eigentliche Hauptfrage ist:

Wieso wurde mein Account überhaupt erst gesperrt? Zählt mehrere Monate keine Kontonutzung auch als Verdächtige Aktivität?

Ich weiß das mir das hier keiner beantworten kann, warum wieso weshalb, aber vielleicht weiß ja einer Rat wie ich den genauen Sperrgrund rausbekommen kann!? Verdächtige Aktivitäten ist ein dehnbarer Begriff.

Am Ende des Tages ist dieser Account so oder so hinfällig da er, wie gesagt, ursprünglich nur für GTA IV erstellt worden war und das kann ich ja inzwischen Offline spielen.

Aber dennoch will ich den Grund für meine Sperrung wissen. Sowas lässt mir immer keine Ruhe.

So Sorry für den langen Text aber vielleicht weiß ja einer von euch Rat oder hatte schon mal so eine ähnliche Situation.

PS.: Ich habe irgendeine Kategorie gewählt weil ich dazu keine passende gefunden habe. Aber da der Account wegen einem Spiel erstellt wurde denke ich passt es gut da rein.

the following situation:

I created a Microsoft account about half a year ago (because of GFWL) because you apparently need it to play GTA IV (I only found out later that it is also possible with a Local Offline account and the account was therefore superfluous anyway).

So, it all worked well and played a certain amount of time without any problems, but then I let the game rest because I had lost interest. Now (a few months later) I wanted to continue again, but the game couldn't connect to my Microsoft account. I
then tried to log in to Microsoft outside of the game and then received a message that my account was suspended for "Suspicious Activities". Shortly the phone number is given and account also ruck zuck unlocked, but I miss a little bit of the blocking reason?

I tried to contact Microsoft in several ways

1. Support Chat: The employee could do almost no German and obviously used a translator and couldn't help me.

2. By phone: After half an hour of queue then abandoned.

3. By mail: No reaction.

Of course, I checked my activity history directly and only saw various BING entries. I never used BING and was not logged in during this time. The last BING activity was on 31.10., but when I check the login history there were (except mine) no other
logins the last 30 days, also not on 31.10. with which I then exclude that my account was somehow hacked or similar.

So now you know the story, I only have the two questions what the BING entries have meant, where there is a guess that this comes from Microsoft itself, every time I have received an email with BING advertisement this also appeared in the activities
(with a few days n differed most of the time).

And my real main question is:

Why was my account suspended in the first place? Does no account usage count as suspicious activity for several months?

I don't know that anyone can answer that, why why, but perhaps a council knows how to get the exact reason for the ban!? Suspicious activity is a stretchy term.

At the end of the day this account is obsolete one way or another because, as I said, it was originally created only for GTA IV and I can play that offline by now.

But nevertheless I want to know the reason for my suspension. It always leaves me no rest.

So sorry for the long text but maybe one of you knows any advice or has had such a similar situation.

PS.: I chose some category because I couldn't find a suitable one. But since the account was created because of a game I think it fits in well. ]
