Microsoft killed my Xbox one

I just wanted to say that ever since the 10/16 update my Xbox has been on the fritz. It crashes all the time now. Thanks Microsoft. As a loyal Xbox user of 16 years I knew "always on" consoles would be a problem and now you've maimed a perfectly good piece
of MY hardware due to your crappy software update delivery. I've had my One for 4 years, not a single problem mind you, and now I can't switch apps on it without system failure.

Microsoft killed my xbox one

Ever since the latest Xbox one update my console has stopped working. I could still play offline but the update was mandatory to play online. During the update I kept receiving an error code. I went to Microsoft support and followed all there steps to
fix this problem and none of them worked. The second last step was to factory reset your Xbox and restart the update. After doing this I am now stuck at the set up your new Xbox one screen when it searches for an update. Then it finds the same update as before
and gives me the same error code. The last step on Microsoft's support page is to take in the Xbox one to a Microsoft store for repairs. My warranty ended 3 days before the update so now I am totally screwed. THANKS MICROSOFT FOR KILLING MY XBOX 3 DAYS AFTER
WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!

Ive had the exact same problem. Ive followed every step and get a different error code every time. I even installed the update from the usb and nothing will work. Xbox is out of warranty. I dont understand how it is going to cost me nearly $200 to have it
repaired or replaced when it is microsofts fault. It was their update that caused the problem. Someone please help. There is no contact support to get some help on the matter just send it for repairs. I want to email someone coz this is not fair.

has anyone had this issue resolved?? And i do t mean by following the steps coz ive done eveyrhing to fix the problem without sucess

 

At least you can still get to the home screen it sounds like. My Xbox one on the latest update stopped working completely and gives me an error code whenever I try to update. And if I don't update I can't even get onto my system. To make this even better
this error showed up 3 days after my warranty expired. THANKS FOR KILLING MY XBOX MICROSOFT!!!!!
