    I was halfway through one of the series of puzzles I bought and now its not there. In fact, a lot of my puzzle series have disappeared off the menu. How do I get them back?

    Microsoft Jigsaws

    Has anyone ever managed to sign in to Jigsaw? I have two accounts and sign in happily to the XBox page but, when I move to Jigsaws I'm told I can't sign in. I've tried everything that I've read online to resolve this but I'm beginning to think the whole
    idea is a myth. Hence my question. Has anyone ever signed in to the free Microsoft Jigsaw or does everyone play as a guest?? I really need to know if I'm chasing a chimera.

    In app purchase no longer available.

    In Microsoft Jigsaw it states the above. I cannot access any of my new jigsaws. I had about 121,000 gold s and now it has all but been reduced to 1,500. What has happened to the Microsoft jigsaws? Please sort this out or at least give me an idea on how to
    resolve this issue.

    I'm unable to find "Microsoft Jigsaw Cacti" or the "017-000" error code that you're referring too but I will continue to investigate. Is this the game that you're referring too? It is possible that there is a new version of the game:

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
