Microsoft Jigsaw

I have been playing XBOX solitaire & Jigsaw on my desktop since windows 8 was released. Last year the Jigsaw app crashed. After doing all the troubleshooting procedures to resolve the issue I was once again able to reinstall and use the game. However,
it took away all the downloaded and paid for puzzles that I had previously. My points were still there. Yesterday the app would not let me login even though I was already logged into my Microsoft account on the computer. It displayed a screwy message that
this app was no longer available and I should go to the STORE and login. After once again performing all the troubleshooting procedures without success, I uninstalled the app. Today I tried reinstalling the app with the same results as yesterday. Then I decided
to delete the "temporary internet file" and try again. This time it logged me into the game without a problem. However, over 260,000 of my points had disappeared and once again all of my downloaded and paid for games had disappeared. I have been putting up
with the crappy way the app would randomly lock up during game play or would go into slow motion every time the commercials would change. This would cause the pieces to move erratically on the board. I am really disappointed about losing so many points as
I had earned almost 1.2 since starting the app. I can understand Microsoft freezing the app so I would have to restart it and watch another commercial each time it is restarted. I play on a custom computer that does not give any other problems. I have seen
a lot of feedback from other users having similar problems without any resolution from Microsoft. I also realize that the game is free because Microsoft makes money from the commercials. However, if enough people quit using the apps like this, Microsoft will
have to find another revenue stream. Doesn't seem like Microsoft cares one way or the other.

Jigsaw Failure

Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

 

Progress not synching between computers

I have two computers, both with Windows 8.1 and both have Microsoft Jigsaw installed. On my desktop computer, I was playing Microsoft Jigsaw and then I closed the application. A bit later, I logged into my laptop computer and opened Microsoft Jigsaw and
completed several puzzles under classic jigsaw. Moving forward to today, I open Microsoft Jigsaw on my desktop computer, and go into the classic jigsaw. None of what I completed on my laptop computer carried over to the desktop. Both computers are using the
same microsoft account and both are using the same xbox games username. What happened?
