    Have not been able to play jigsaw daily challenges for mo of April. Can open 1 puzzle, play it, collect reward and gold bars make their sound and freeze mid way. Then whole game freezes. I have tried almost every day to play; have even tried to go back to
    1st of month. Tried calling support who told me to do a speedtest and then to contact my internet provider. I dont think, with the # of complaints, that the problem is with all of our internet providers. Dont like having smoke blown up my butt. If you have
    a problem, SAY SO!

    Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

    Progress not synching between computers

    I have two computers, both with Windows 8.1 and both have Microsoft Jigsaw installed. On my desktop computer, I was playing Microsoft Jigsaw and then I closed the application. A bit later, I logged into my laptop computer and opened Microsoft Jigsaw and
    completed several puzzles under classic jigsaw. Moving forward to today, I open Microsoft Jigsaw on my desktop computer, and go into the classic jigsaw. None of what I completed on my laptop computer carried over to the desktop. Both computers are using the
    same microsoft account and both are using the same xbox games username. What happened?

    I am having trouble with the daily challenges. Each time I play one of the challenges (it makes no difference which one), I complete the puzzle and then it freezes up. The little gold bricks never run across the screen and I have to close
    the game. When I go back in the challenge I just finished is not completed. I am on a Surface Pro 4 running Windows 10. I have the Premium Jigsaw and the version I am running is 1.5.1711.1401. This has been going on April 10th. Please help.

  6. I started having a problem on May 31, 2018. I completed one daily challenge and received credit, but when I completed the other two challenges, I received no credit. The program would punt me (boot me off) and reopen with no credit given. Since then, I have
    tried every day to see if the problem is fixed and it is not. I do daily challenges in Microsoft Solitaire and Sudoku and both are working fine. This is happening on both my laptop and desktop. Both are running Windows 8.1. I see others have had the same problem,
    some much longer than I have, but I have received no reply on the Facebook support page and it appears to me that no one who has complained here is getting a response either. I get ads just fine, no problem getting the ads, but just can't get credit when I've
    completed the daily challenges. I've been playing these challenges for several years and I'm terribly disappointed that no help is being offered. I have the free version but I figure you're making money off the ads that I sit through so there's that. How about
    a response? Or a fix!

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
