Microsoft jigsaw

Discus and support Microsoft jigsaw in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Microsoft jigsaw decided to quit working recently. It starts to open, then quits all by itself.     Microsoft jigsaw


    Microsoft jigsaw decided to quit working recently. It starts to open, then quits all by itself. How do I fix it?

    Jigsaw Failure

    Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

    Progress not synching between computers

    I have two computers, both with Windows 8.1 and both have Microsoft Jigsaw installed. On my desktop computer, I was playing Microsoft Jigsaw and then I closed the application. A bit later, I logged into my laptop computer and opened Microsoft Jigsaw and
    completed several puzzles under classic jigsaw. Moving forward to today, I open Microsoft Jigsaw on my desktop computer, and go into the classic jigsaw. None of what I completed on my laptop computer carried over to the desktop. Both computers are using the
    same microsoft account and both are using the same xbox games username. What happened?

    Microsoft jigsaw

    We'd recommend resetting the Xbox App and then test launching this game. To reset the Xbox App, let's have you try the following steps:

    -Open the settings app.

    -Navigate to System.

    -In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features

    -Search for the app in question.

    -After selecting the app, select advanced options.

    -Tap reset.

    Hello! I am having the same issue and the steps above have not fixed it. I have reset the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, applied all windows updates to my computer, and have even done an in-place upgrade at the request of Microsoft tech chat
    support agent all to no avail.

    I have discovered that when I'm NOT connected to the internet, I can get the program to load puzzles successfully and I can play them. It looks like there is something (like an Ad) that tries to load in the program when connected to the internet which is
    causes it to break and close completely.

    I have no idea? Their facebook page actively posts about new puzzles added, and I have seen that I can download new puzzles as well, so I would think yes?

    I'm unable to find "Microsoft Jigsaw Cacti" or the "017-000" error code that you're referring too but I will continue to investigate. Is this the game that you're referring too? It is possible that there is a new version of the game:

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
