Microsoft jigsaw

New collections won't download. Also, there's no way to delete collections that I'm done with. It looks like a lot of other people have problems with jigsaw. What's with this, Microsoft? I like jigsaw when it works, but guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

Jigsaw Failure

Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

 

Progress not synching between computers

I have two computers, both with Windows 8.1 and both have Microsoft Jigsaw installed. On my desktop computer, I was playing Microsoft Jigsaw and then I closed the application. A bit later, I logged into my laptop computer and opened Microsoft Jigsaw and
completed several puzzles under classic jigsaw. Moving forward to today, I open Microsoft Jigsaw on my desktop computer, and go into the classic jigsaw. None of what I completed on my laptop computer carried over to the desktop. Both computers are using the
same microsoft account and both are using the same xbox games username. What happened?

I'm sorry to see any issues with any collections downloading! We generally suggest that users have their PCs hooked up to their router via an ethernet cord, if possible, to ensure a solid connection. Most downloading issues are related to interruptions in
the internet connection.

If you are wired, can you let me know what collection(s) you are attempting to download? This will give us the ability to test it out ourselves to ensure there's nothing wrong with the collection itself.

In regards to deleting previous collections, you're correct that there's no way to do it at this time. You can always reset the app itself to remove all the related content via PC Settings (Start menu > Settings > System > Apps &
features > search for "jigsaw" > click on the result > Advance options > Reset. While this will wipe your sign in information, it will also remove any content related to it and you can sign in with having that content no longer on your PC. I definitely
suggest posting on our Feedback site to have that improved.
