Microsoft Jigsaw

I have had no problems with game until now. All my downloaded puzzles went away. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and it still doesn't work. Some one please help me get this fixed. The game is one of the very few ways I can rest my mind.

Jigsaw Failure

Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

 

Progress not synching between computers

I have two computers, both with Windows 8.1 and both have Microsoft Jigsaw installed. On my desktop computer, I was playing Microsoft Jigsaw and then I closed the application. A bit later, I logged into my laptop computer and opened Microsoft Jigsaw and
completed several puzzles under classic jigsaw. Moving forward to today, I open Microsoft Jigsaw on my desktop computer, and go into the classic jigsaw. None of what I completed on my laptop computer carried over to the desktop. Both computers are using the
same microsoft account and both are using the same xbox games username. What happened?

 

I posted a complaint a while back about my rewards for completing daily challenges disappearing. A few days later the problem seemed to be resolved but a day or 2 later they disappeared again and the problem is still there. Please advise.

 

Well,this is the last day of the month and I have completed all the challenges,including today's. The records show no coins and it is frustrating to know that I have not gotten credit for my accomplishments. The rewards show up as I do them and then disappear
when I log out.

 

I have similar problem. I couldn't download any additional jigsaws. Downloading goes to 1% and stops.

 

under landscape painting, the easy puzzle for "summer on the saco" just freezes and I cannot complete the entire set of four puzzles. can anyone help?

 

After I upgraded to Windows 10 my jigsaw puzzle game has being doing something strange, When I open a puzzle the pieces are kind of cut in half. They go together but its very hard to see where the pieces go, when chunks of the pieces are already attached.
Can you help?

 

I currently have 5 puzzle packs that I bought with game gold....they will not download.

All of my other packs were no problem & downloaded promptly.

Any ideas for a fix? Totally enjoy Jigsaw, it's a great way to relax.

Another good suggestion. I tried the options that the link provided, no joy was found.

The link does say this: "Older Xbox Live games like Mahjong, Jigsaw, Bingo, and others use your "connected account" that you sign into Windows with and do not have the ability to switch accounts via the Xbox app."

As you can guess, trying my "connected account" didn't work.

I tested this myself, after I posted here yesterday, I have the same problem, so I tried some possible solutions myself, no fix so far. I'm going to try a few more things soon, and if I find anything, I'll let you all know .
