Microsoft Jigsaw

The app called Microsoft Jigsaw keeps closing without reason while I am trying to put puzzles together.

I have decided I would like to delete it all together and cannot find anything that would allow me to do so.

Please put a delete or remove option on the menu so that we can remove games and apps that we no longer wish to have on our system.

Jigsaw Failure

Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

 

Progress not synching between computers

I have two computers, both with Windows 8.1 and both have Microsoft Jigsaw installed. On my desktop computer, I was playing Microsoft Jigsaw and then I closed the application. A bit later, I logged into my laptop computer and opened Microsoft Jigsaw and
completed several puzzles under classic jigsaw. Moving forward to today, I open Microsoft Jigsaw on my desktop computer, and go into the classic jigsaw. None of what I completed on my laptop computer carried over to the desktop. Both computers are using the
same microsoft account and both are using the same xbox games username. What happened?

 

Hi Autumn, sorry to hear the game is crashing. Can you tell us what version of the app your using? Does the game also crashing when using the Xbox App (Beta)?

I'm using version 1.3.1509.1706 on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and the same thing is happening to me. I have the app on my regular desktop also (Windows 10) and it doesn't happen there.

 

I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It worked better for a short time but it's now crashing again. It almost always happens during a hard or expert challenge of Jigsaw Jam. That is also when it's most frustrating! Somebody please help!

 

I would also like a delete or remove option for individual collections in order to clean up my workspace. I have windows 10 on a dell desktop and the app closes on me unexpectedly in the middle of a puzzle. I guess you would call that a crash although
there isn't an error message. When I reopen it it has remembered where I was so nothing is lost except time and frustration.

 

MS Jigsaw closes during puzzle building and occasionally during the middle of a puzzle. Most annoying but if it closes during the game, it will restore back to the same point upon reloading. No error msg; version 1.3.1509.1706.

 

Update: seems that I can load and play if the window is smaller than full screen. It becomes problematic on my 27" 1920 x 1080 but is almost unplayable on the 3440 x 1440 screens at full screen settings.
