Microsoft Jigsaw won't work

New PC.

Downloaded the Microsoft Jigsaw app.

It opens, and allows me to select a puzzle, and a difficulty level. Then it shows the standard screen of getting all the puzzle pieces. the it shift to a black web site screen with the "wait" dots circling in the center of the screen. then this closes and
so does the game app.

I uninstalled it and downloaded it again. Same results.

loved this app on my old PC, would certainly like it on the new one

Jigsaw Failure

Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

Jigsaw Jammer won't load in daily challenges

Anyone have a clue why it won't load in Microsoft Jigsaw. Just started 3 days ago. I can do the first 2 challenges but the jigsaw jammer won't load

Make sure you don't have any pop-up blockers or some other security feature that will stop the app from running properly.

Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

From the MS support page:

Remove and readd the program.

You won't lose anything because it is tied to your Microsoft account.

Just go to the app in settings and right click and uninstall.

Then reinstall using the store.

If that does not work then below is a link to the Jigsaw support.

Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
