    how do you sign out a profile?

    I have my account signed in on the Xbox app on my PC and when i go on to Microsoft Jigsaw there's another profile signed in on it and I don't know how to sign it out. How do I sign it out?

    Microsoft jigsaw won't sign in on my tablet. How can I get it to sign in?

    I am having the same problem. Seems to have started on Saturday. I tried uninstalling and reinstalled and it still won't sign in.

    Bush1220, have you made sure that you have all recent Windows updates installed and have you made sure to restart your device after installing them?

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw
