    Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in. Lost most of my coins!


    Microsoft jigsaw won't let me sign in to my current status. All I can access are 2 puzzles and shows 1500 coins. I have every puzzle, almost 300,000 coins and Premium Service. This is on my Dell Venue 10 only. My Dell Venue 8 is working fine. I have
    uninstalled MJ and reinstalled 3 times. I get message that Microsoft can't sign me in and to sign into Xbox and reopen app. I AM signed into Xbox and still can't open current status. Anyone know how to fix??

    Jigsaw Failure

    Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

    Help Microsoft Jigsaw wont sign in

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

    my jigsaw app says something about no longer available. Tried following instructions, won't let me sign in . Microsoft account says I'm signedin and xbox says I'm signed what's the deal ? Worked before the last update to my pc.

    Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.

    Plus, on the rare occasion it does load, most of the puzzle collections I have already downloaded do not show. I am not a premium user.
