Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

Classic Jigsaw won't let me view puzzle collections. It just closes. The only puzzle collections I can download are the ones chosen for me.

I have the same problem. At the top of the screen I am viewing while inputting this post it says "This question is not answered." Hey Microsoft, how about a little help here!

Hi, all .

Here's a fix which worked for me, and at least one other user has confirmed it works ;-).

Uninstall MS Jigsaw, then reinstall.

Go to Windows Settings > Privacy. Choose Background Apps on the left, and scroll-down to Microsoft Jigsaw. Make certain it's switched On.

Run MS Jigsaw, and your puzzles should download now .

Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

This is possible, but it's quite technical, and you would need to follow the instructions "exactly", or it may compromise your security. How proficient are you with PC/Tech stuff?

I am okay with fixing things on my computer....PLEASE SOMEONE SEND ME STEP BY STEP instructions to delete some of the Jigsaw (MS) off this computer love to play but have many done and need ro be deleted.. please HELP

Ok, here you go .

There are quicker ways to do this, but that depends on how your Desktop is configured ;-).

Here's the slower way:

Go to C:\Users{Username} (where Username is the name on your admin account)

Unhide your Hidden Items - Click View, and check the Hidden Items box. (Top of the window).

Navigate to the following location:

AppData>Local>Packages>Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw***** (where ***** are numbers/letters).

In the MS Jigsaw folder, open the LocalState folder, then the DownloadedPuzzles folder. These are your downloaded puzzles, delete each folder in there you no longer want to keep ;-).

IMPORTANT - Make certain you uncheck the Hidden Items box to restore your security settings to their original state.

Will not download any am stuck with just original puzzles have uninstalled, reinstalled, reset- both game and store. ran trouble shooter (which also crashed very helpful) nothing works. By the age of the posts here nobody has come up with a fix.....
