Microsoft Jigsaw will not load beyond the splash screen

I also had this problem but the latest "slow-ring" release (14986.1001) appears to have fixed it.

I have it downloaded but the game won't load beyond the character creation, it just cycles an endless loop of the same splash screen.

same problem for me on systems running 14905 and 14915. i get the purple splash screen saying "MS Jigsaw", then the second screen with the MS Studios / Arkadium logos, but it does not load beyond that. game version is 1.3.1509.1706. i'm able to press
the menu button and bring up the About and Settings, but the game never starts.

perhaps this is just an issue with this build, and will be fixed with later updates. i suggest running Feedback Hub, going to Feedback (the megaphone icon), searching Jigsaw, and sorting by Upvotes. there are a few different reports, but i commented and
upvoted some of the more "popular" ones. hopefully it will be fixed soon, i don't see how this could go unnoticed for very long.

if the splash screen is the leading screen then no he cannot get past this, clicks on it to load and it flicks back to home screen

She goes the sub systems that allow screenshots have not loaded yet on the splash screen
