Microsoft Jigsaw will not launch

    Microsoft Jigsaw will not launch


    After a recent update to the Windows Insider build Microsoft Jigsaw no longer launches on any of my machines. I've attempted uninstalling and reinstalling on both machines and no luck. I've reset the store cache, logged in as a different user ensured that
    it is not being blocked by the firewall and the problem persists. Other Microsoft games continue to work just not this one.

    I can't sign in to Microsoft Jigsaw

    Since October 1st, when I launch Microsoft Jigsaw I get an Error CHOOSE ANOTHER ITEM

    This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw.

    I have uninstalled and then re-installed the App, but nothing has changed. How can I fix this?

    Microsoft Jigsaw Sigh-In problem

    Cannot sign in to Microsoft Jigsaw unless I turn off Wi-Fi, Launch Jigsaw and after -Box gametag appears, turn Wi-Fi back on. I've reinstalled several times but only lose the more than 7000 puzzles I've completed. Anyone know how to fix this???

    Microsoft Jigsaw will not launch

    same problem for me on systems running 14905 and 14915. i get the purple splash screen saying "MS Jigsaw", then the second screen with the MS Studios / Arkadium logos, but it does not load beyond that. game version is 1.3.1509.1706. i'm able to press
    the menu button and bring up the About and Settings, but the game never starts.

    perhaps this is just an issue with this build, and will be fixed with later updates. i suggest running Feedback Hub, going to Feedback (the megaphone icon), searching Jigsaw, and sorting by Upvotes. there are a few different reports, but i commented and
    upvoted some of the more "popular" ones. hopefully it will be fixed soon, i don't see how this could go unnoticed for very long.

    Once you launch the Microsoft Jigsaw game, got to Classic Jigsaw and you will see your collections, ones that can be downloaded, or where you can create your own from photos.

    microsoft solitaire error 101_107_1

    I have Windows 10. I've been getting the error message error 101_107_1 when I launch Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Jigsaw. I followed the suggestion above to open a Command Prompt and run the sfc /scannow.

    After running it yesterday, Solitaire launched and worked correctly. I'm trying to launch it again today and I'm getting the error code again.

    How can this be fixed for good?
