    microsoft jigsaw will not allow me to sign in


    Every time I try to play Microsoft jigsaw it will not allow me to sign in, All the puzzles I have purchased have been lost. All other games sign me in just fine. I have spent hours on line with tech support and they can seem to fix it, anyone have any suggestions

    sign in problems

    Jigsaw does not sign me in neither does Sudoku says to sign in on original account or go to store neither seem to allow me access any ideas?

    Microsoft jigsaw will not let me sign in to xbox to save my history. It shows " This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft jigsaw."

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

    I have the same problem with the Puzzles as well as some links have large print and some have very small print I have glaucoma so set print as 125 percent Now it is all over the board no consistency. Problem started 8/18/20 after an update.

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    PUZZLES WON'T DOWNLOAD

    I had the same issue - go to Settings > Apps, scroll down to Microsoft jigsaw. Click it but DO NOT click 'uninstall' - under the name Microsoft jigsaw and Microsoft Studios you will see 'advanced options". Click that and on the next
    screen click reset - ignore the warning. I used the reset and then re-loaded Jigsaw and it did NOT ask me to sign in again, and all my points were still in place - and the downloads worked again!
