    Microsoft Jigsaw will not acknowledge a win with the Jigsaw Jammer daily challenges


    For the past month I have had trouble getting credit for successfully completing the Jigsaw Jammer daily challenges. After I win and it displays the fact that I won, when it goes to the screen to claim the prize but instead it says Challenge Incomplete.
    How can I fix this?

    Attachments: jigsaw 1 shows success screen. Jigsaw 2 shows the Try Again screen.

    Windows 10 - Premium (paid) Microsoft Jigsaw played on PC - not on Xbox

    Hi DaveWickettTM,

    The Challenge was to meet a certain score in under a certain amount of time. From your screenshots it seems that you missed the score part of the challenge by 100 points. Are you saying it is impossible to get the required score to complete the challenge?

    Thanks for the info.

    Have you tried checking out your Jigsaw puzzles on a different Windows 10 machine to see if they pop up there? If your Windows 10 PC is a laptop, can you try using it on a different network than your current home network to see if they load then?

    Doing this will help us see if the issue is potentially network based so let us know!

    Thanks for the screenshot. Did you get a chance to try reinstalling the application yet? If not, try that first. You can also try signing into your account on a different Windows 10 PC to see if that helps the issue at all.

    Hey there !

    We just tested those 3 days Jigsaw Jammer challenges and were able to successfully load them. What happens when you try to load them? Does your application crash or do you receive an error code and/or message you could provide us? If you haven't yet, can
    you try reinstalling the application to see if the issue persists?

    When I load those 3 Jammer challenges it just hangs on load with about a quarter of the loading bar highlighted.

    I have re-downloaded the app as you suggested, unfortunately it is taking forever to download the puzzles so I cannot check to see if it solved, any ideas.
