    Microsoft Jigsaw uses wrong Xbox Live ID when launching from Microsoft solitaire collection


    Trying to run Microsoft Jigsaw on my desktop (I use it mostly on my laptop). Each machine is associated with a separate Microsoft account. I was able to sign in to the Xbox live ID I want to use in the solitaire collection App, but when installing and subsequently
    launching MS Jigsaw it created and keeps signing in under an Xbox live ID it created on install (associated with the Desktop MS account) Tried signing out and back in... uninstalling/reinstalling... No matter what I do MS jigsaw keeps signing in under this
    new, secondary ID it created.... can't find a way to sign out the individual app.... When I click the Xbox live sign in area on MS Jigsaw it opens the xbox live app which shows as being logged in to the correct account....

    I have been unable to make any in-game purchases from: Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Microsoft Mahjong, Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Sudoku or "The Secret Society - Hidden Mystery HD

    That's some odd behavior and unfortunately I'm not sure what's causing it. If you have a chance, can you try using the Report a problem from the Xbox app after reproducing this and we'll take a closer look?

    Thanks.... I just went all through the Xbox app looking for the "report a problem" feature, to no avail..... Any chance you could provide a little assistance in locating it?

    You'll need to have the Beta version of the Xbox app. It's functionally the same as the Xbox app, and can be downloaded from the Windows store. With the Beta version, navigate to the menu button at the top (the three lines), then to Feedback, and Report
    a problem.

    We're also investigating issues with signing in to the MS games (like Jigsaw), though your issue seems a little different (but could be related).
