    Microsoft Jigsaw - upgrade


    The New Microsoft Jigsaw is terrible. the puzzle pieces can not be spread out on the main screen , It is like I was working my puzzle on a card table and now I have to work it on a TV tray. Is there any way to get the old version back????? PLEASE. - I
    would rather work puzzles on the computer, but can go back to the card table.... no offence meant but I love my puzzles.

    Can't purchase Microsoft Jigsaw Premium

    The solution above DOES NOT WORK..

    I also can NOT upgrade for Premium for Microsoft Jigsaw.

    I seen it happen in the past too so I gave up trying to fix it .

    I was able to purchase 1 month last month but now that it expired.. I CAN NOT extend it or get Premium access.

    At this moment.. Microsoft Jigsaw is GARBAGE and needs better support or a fix from Microsoft.

    I'm sorry to see any issues upgrading to Premium in Jigsaw! I know this might sound a little redundant, but have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app already? This could resolve the issue that's happening.

    If you have tried that, and are still getting the message, please post back with screenshots of the messages. We'll want to dig further into it with those. :)

    Unable to sign in to Microsoft Sudoku using Windows 10

    Based on Gary Hugo's comment, I tend to think that the problem is in Microsoft's programming. I'm currently having problems with Jigsaw and Sudoku freezing for several seconds or a minute or more while the upgrade popup repopulates. I also assume, if I
    were to upgrade to premium, the problem would promptly disappear.

    It has been about a month or more that I haven't been able to play jigsaw and now they have a new puzzle and I can't download it. I paid for upgrade and can't play. What gives?
