    Microsoft Jigsaw thinks I don't have an annual subscription (only 2 months in)


    Yesterday (May 2), Microsoft Jigsaw started acting as if I did not have a premium annual subscription (paid Feb 17, 2020). Instead, it suggests I get one but clicking the link brings up a page stating that I already own the product. There seems to be a disconnect
    between what the game thinks I have (even though I'm logged in) and what my account says I have. Logging out and back in does not fix the issue and I'm concerned that reinstalling may wipe all my purchased collections, coins, and puzzles completed, so I've
    not gone that route.

    Anything I can do to fix it that doesn't involve 'reset' which suggests that it will clear all the game data?

    Xbox live has been a paid for premium service since inception. I don't think that will change.

    If you pay for an annual subscription in one payment you will find Xbox gold costs around $5 a month already

    And where is the logic of this? I had a 12 month subscription to E Play, okay, it was converted to Ultimate and became 5 months. But now think about it and find the logical chain, there were 12 months of EA and 1 month of Ultimate, they will return to me (I hope, because I have lost faith in Microsoft) the funds for only 1 month of Ultimate, where are the funds for the annual subscription of EA or where is it itself?



    And apart from all this, where the hell is Microsoft's normal support? This is a very big company and it has such shameful support, you can’t even get in touch with a real person, okay, if bots and so on could solve problems, but they can’t do that

    I don't think it matters tbh. People buy dlc for game's they enjoy playing, as long as you pay the annual subscription the game's are yours to play.

    The offer is only for 1 month, however it converts any remaining gold subscription. I think it is only up to 36 months. So you can purchase a gold subscription first and then convert the time using the 1 month offer. If you have Game Pass Ultimate then
    any gold subscriptions you add will be converted based on something. I think you will get 2 months GPU for 3 months gold.
