    WHEN THE HELL IS Microsoft GOING TO EITHER FIX THIS GAME OR REFUND MONEY THEY COLLECT FROM PREMIUM PLAYERS FOR THE PAST FOUR MONTHS THAT THE GAME HAS NOT WORKED. FED UP WITH THEIR CRAP.

    Trouble with Microsoft Jigsaw puzzles

    Since the beginning of August Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles has not been saving my daily challenge results. Is there a known issue?

    Please advise.

    Microsoft, this is your problem; not ours.

    So, it worked better yesterday, 9/6/2017, than it had in a few days. I was able to work 3 or 4 days worth of Jigsaw games. I could tell it was still a little spotty, and it did throw me out once, but today, 9/7/2017, it's working great. Just keep doing
    what you did today.

    I see one that says June 6 2017 (06\06\2017) and another one that says August 6 2017 (08\06\2017) but nowhere do I see June 22 2017 (06\22\2017). Looking at that, you're under a ban until August 6 2017.

    A corrupted file is one of the possible reasons why your Microsoft Jigsaw is not working. For us to isolate this issue, kindly provide us the following information:

    • Can you tell us if you recently updated your computer before the issue started?
    • May I know if you tried reinstalling the game from the Windows Store?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    In the meantime, I recommend that you run the Windows App troubleshooter to scan and repair any corrupted files for your Windows apps. You may refer to this

    link     to run the troubleshooter.

    Had to do Windows 10 reset after an update went bad.

    Reinstalled several times now, since it happened and nothing works.

    Did run the Windows App troubleshooter with no changes.
