Microsoft Jigsaw reinstall

I was having problems with Microsoft Jigsaw not working. One of the suggestions was to uninstall and reinstall the game. Before I did that, I copied all of the Downloaded Puzzles file to my hard drive. When the game was reinstalled, I moved those puzzles
back into the correct folder. When I opened the game, three of the packs that
are in the downloaded puzzles folder do not show up. All the rest of the packs are there. It is wanting me to buy those 3 packs again. The three packs that are there but are not showing up are: Big Sur, Dressed Animals, and Reef Life.

Also, I lost approximately 200,000 points in the reinstall, because many of the puzzles do not show all the levels that had been completed.

I'm glad that the game is working again, but what can I do about the above? Thanks for any help y'all can give.

Microsoft Jigsaw

Microsoft Jigsaw will not log in my user name. I can log into Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong. I have even reinstalled Jigsaw. I t still doesn't work

Unable to open Microsoft Jigsaw

For the last three days I have been unable to open Microsoft Jigsaw. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. It sits at the Jigsaw screen, but doesn't open.

Microsoft casual games community and post there. Someone will be able to help you there. That community strictly deals with all casual games.

Hey Brad!

I can't find anywhere on Casual Games that seems like a place where I could get help. There are a bunch of questions, but nobody has replied to any of them. Some have been sitting there waiting for answers for a month or more. I don't want to wait that
long. There was a link for Technical Support, but it came up with Page Not Found. Is there some place else I could find help?

I'm leaning now to just using points to buy those three puzzle packs even though I already have them. I have about 300,000 points and I own all of the collections, so it isn't as if I need the points for anything. I just do the Classic Jigsaw not the
challenges.

I have the exact same problems as you, so much so that even tho im running out of space on my HDD, I fear doing a migration or Unistall/Reinstall in fear that I might lose points, lose puzzles and waste all my precious time that I have "invested" in achieving
all the puzzles and sets won.

I think the Developers have no clue as to how to solve all these "minor" problems of the long time playing loyal fans.

sometimes I just want to give up. but I love my puzzles too much.
