    Microsoft Jigsaw puzzles no longer available offline


    I have lots of jigsaw puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw, which I've downloaded with gold earned, and most are now no longer available offline. If I'm on the internet, the puzzles are still there. However I want to be able to do the puzzles offline. I have Windows 11, and Microsoft Edge. How can I get all these puzzles to show up offline again. Thanks, Linda

    You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

    There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

    Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    i cant get in to my taptiles or my jigsaw puzzle for the past 4 days it keeps telling me it is no longer available to me and to go to the store I wish they would fix this I don't want to wait 2 weeks and try to catch everything up in one day please fix this
