    Microsoft Jigsaw puzzles keep changing status


    I have two downloaded collections on my dashboard. Sometimes when I log in, the most recently downloaded collection has moved to the "new" collections group under "See All Collections", and it is not marked as owned or downloadable. Furthermore, if I browse "All Collections", it does not appear anywhere. If I log out and try again in a while later, all is back to normal. Is anyone else experiencing this bizarre behaviour?

    Thank you so much for the additional information. You're correct and a fix needs to be deployed as soon as possible. By submitting a ticket to them they will be able to check it as well as fix it for you.

    This appears to be a server problem. I have noted that although the app shows me as logged in when I open it, my accumulated "gold" score shows as 1500. If I wait for about 10 seconds, this gets updated to my true score. If I try to go to the puzzles before this update occurs, I get the problem described. If I wait until after the update, either everything is normal or it sticks on the rotating "busy" stars. The only solution is to keep retrying.

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?
