    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles freezes regularly


    This program used to run flawlessly. I have made no changes to my computer, other than Microsoft Updates. No new software installation. Ever since the July Patch Tuesday, Jigsaw continually locks up. When accessing it shows that Jigsaw is using over
    35% of the CPU power. This lock up happens whether I have other programs open or not.

    this is clearly tied to the damn ads. When the ad display that runs during the game in the lower right corner of the screen is showing an ad, the game runs fine. When the ad display goes white or black between ads (clearly downloading another ad) then
    the game hangs.

    This appears to be a ploy to have people say Screw It and pay to disable the damn ads. I will not do that. YOU should fix your freaking program.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle is a great app BUT it freezes in Win 10 regularly!! HELP!

    freezing up

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    Agreed. And I give up - it's just way to frustrating to play Microsoft Jigsaw anymore. :( Everytime certain ads show up, everything freezes. Latest issue, I've lost the puzzle I was working on altogether. ugh. There are better apps out there. Microsoft
    - you should be better than this.
