Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles - error code 0x803F8001

Morning . . .

It's been 3 days of not being able to download my "owned" Microsoft Jigsaw. I received a code 0x803F8001 and after trying to fix the problem by following the procedure of already answered queries I decided to uninstall the program.

On trying to reinstall, it would not download and would reach the "acquiring licence" then give me the above error code once again. I have asked the above question earlier and received a link, which did not work. I then googled Fix problems with apps from
Microsoft Store and none of the options have helped. The same error remains. Help please

I have updated Microsoft Store

Repair and reset the app

Uninstalled the program

Tried the My Library option

Ran the troubleshooter for the store apps.

I can install other apps from the store. So it is just the Microsoft Jigsaw that is giving problems.

Im gettng an error message for microsoft jigsaw

"Microsoft Jigsaw is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you. I recall last year having the same problem with a couple of my other games. Also had to wait a day or two for Microsoft to fix it. I've decided to give it a break anyway.

Have you tried to reset the Store with the "wsreset.exe" command?

Hi . . . it's now been 5 days and unfortunately nothing has worked. It seems it must be a Microsoft problem. Hopefully they will find a solution.

I have now been able to download Microsoft Jigsaw from the store but it has not connected to the cloud to reinstate all my series. Jigsaw downloaded every single series treating each as new. I certainly don't want to rebuild all the series again.

Any suggestions how to get my scores and series back from the cloud?

Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue? The issue could be due to the syncing of Microsoft Jigsaw app. I would suggest you to try the steps from the following link:

This so frustrating. I, too have tried all you have no luck playing game. I did try one other suggestion from Microsoft. It required hitting a button for "fix now". We. after letting that app scan my computer (took about 10 minutes) it said I had
two viruses and several security risks , and for 41.95 they would fix it. I know it was just Microsoft way of getting money so I backed out of it. This really is awful. Guess we can't use the jigsaw game unless we are willing to fork over 41.95. What
game are they going to take away from us next?
