    Microsoft Game: Jigsaw Puzzle

    I pay for the Premium version, have done so for the last 4 yrs. Now I keep getting the screen saying to remove ads, please click here. When I do this, I get a screen asking if I want to purchase Premium. ( no way around this) so I say yes. But, I get
    a message Microsoft Can not honor your request at this time, try again late? ( or a message you already own Jigsaw Premium)

    I've troed uninstalling the game then reinstall it? doesn't help same thing about ads?

    I've tried buying it again, but no dice. I already own Premium verison.

    So how do I get rid of the annoying message about ADS. ( this really annoys me because it appears right on the screen where you are trying to complete a puzzle. Ok if it's a short 24 piece but anything bigger your screen has this microsoft ad purchase
    premium verison?

    Any suggestions on what I should do. anyone else have this problem. It seems every year it's a problem with one of Microsofts Store items. Apps as well as Games. last year it was all of the microsoft Games daily versions?

    freezing up

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?
