    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle


    Hi

    I've been having a problem with Microsoft Jigsaw since the 20th November. I removed it and it would not reinstall. On Monday I finally managed to download it and get it working once again. I decided to open it today (28th November) and it has once again
    stopped working. I received a message to choose another app. A message came up saying that I should go to the store and choose the purchase option.

    Is Microsoft Jigsaw no longer a free app and now has in purchase options?

    I have tried removing and reinstalling a couple of times and it still does the same. Is Microsoft going the in purchase option with all the free games?

    Hope someone can help me as I am so frustrated I am now ready to simply throw in the towel and ignore all games.

    Completed puzzles not being recognized or given credit for

    Microsoft Jigsaw no longer recognizes when puzzles are completed and points are no longer credited. When puzzle is completed I need to exit Jigsaw and reopen it. Puzzles display as completed but no longer receiving credit for
    completion .

    Am sorry your experiencing this issues I would recommend you contact Xbox Support because I have read your concern and I feel that you have taken trouble shoots which I would of given you and also you explained about the changes from the product cost.

    freezing up

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?
