    Microsoft jigsaw puzzle goes into a loop on startup


    When I startup jigsaw puzzle each time, it is suppose to do an advertisment first before bringing up my puzzle. Every single time in the past week, the puzzle goes into a loop where the "dot circle" just keep circulating. I have to close the window and sometimes have to try starting more than once in order to bring up the puzzle I am currently playing. Can microsoft fix this issue?

    Hi Christian,

    Do a "reset" of the application and a system restart fixed the problem, I think. Won't know for sure until

    tomorrow when I try accessing the game again. If I don't send another email tomorrow you will know

    freezing up

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?
