Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle error code 0x803F8001

I have been unable to access my Jigsaw puzzle program for 3 days. I uninstalled and now it will not reinstall. Say acquiring licence and then says error. Help!

Im gettng an error message for microsoft jigsaw

"Microsoft Jigsaw is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

Thank you for coming back to me but unfortunately it does not help. The link took me to the store and the same problem occurred once again. The program will not download and it gives me the same error code as above. I did reach out on my xbox account and
on fb jigsaw puzzle page but have had no replies from either of these two contacts. I have no idea what to do next. As I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. The same problem keeps occurring. All my other Microsoft games are working just
fine. Perhaps it has something to do with the licence as every time I try to download it gets to the "requiring licence" and the error code comes up.

I believe the problem is with microsoft few weeks ago everybody had the same issue just wait a few days intil ms staff fixes the issue

Thank you. I recall last year having the same problem with a couple of my other games. Also had to wait a day or two for Microsoft to fix it. I've decided to give it a break anyway.
