Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle completed and reappears again

Microsoft Jigsaw had frozen and so I clicked it again. Only to have the jigsaw pop up again, but it's completed. It was the last one too so the collection doesn't close. I can post more details if needed. Thank you.

My last response was that the collection reappeared. I completed a puzzle in the collection last night, which unlocked a new puzzle within the collection. Tonight, I decided to begin a new puzzle in that same collection, but it has completely disappeared again!

I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

and now, magically, they have reappeared. I'd restarted the app several times, closed and reopened the Classic Jigsaw section repeatedly each time and the puzzle sets were gone. Now they are (at least mostly) there. I can't be sure all of them are, because
I didn't write down all the new ones I recently bought, but the ones I was specifically looking for suddenly reappeared the 5th time I reopened the Classic Jigsaw link.
