    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle Collections.


    I had purchase (with the gold bars) all the jigsaw puzzle collections. Yesterday all my collections have been moved back to available collections to download. I re down load the free ones and it shows the stars that I had completed. It is not showing
    the custom puzzles that I had created either. Has this happen to anyone before and what can I do. I do not want to repurchase the puzzles again. Thanks for your help

    statistics show incomplete puzzles

    Microsoft jigsaw statistics is showing I have three incomplete puzzles. I have checked all my collections and none are showing in progress. How do I find the incomplete puzzles?

    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle Collections.

    This has just happened to me for the second time. The first time was when I upgraded my previous computer from Windows 8 to 10 and today when I switched from that computer to a new one. Lost 200,000 in gold, lost 6 completed puzzle collections. When I re-download
    the ones that it admits I already purchased, it shows that I have completed them. I hope someone has an answer for us. I tried logging out and logging back in, etc.

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    Hello ChunkyDuke1790. There are currently three Jigsaw Jam Collections. We will make sure to make an announcement on Facebook, should this change.
