Discus and support Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle challenge for Feb 1 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot get the puzzle challenge for February 1 to open and load.     I cannot get the puzzle challenge for February 1 to open and load. All the other dates have loaded. So what is the problem?

    For the past three days the daily challenge for Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles will not down load the third puzzle. Why?

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    I couldn't download daily challenges and new puzzles, either. Today I switched on "Let apps run in the background" (Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, and daily challenges finally started to work. Maybe this
    will help you, too.

    I had the problem of the puzzles not downloading and the program freezing. Xbox support had me uninstall and reinstall the program. I was concerned that I would lose all points and data, but I did not. This worked for
    me.

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?
