    Microsoft jigsaw puzzle ads


    OK, I understand that ads are a necessary evil when I don't have the money to spend to disable them. I am fine with that. You do have one ad that frags out the game though. USAglasses.com makes the game freeze up every time it comes
    up! The ad doesn't do anything fancy like an animation or anything so why can I never move puzzle pieces when it is on the screen? Then on top of that it plays that one every 3 ads! Ridiculous! Yes the ad is relevant to me as I have worn glasses most of my
    life but I want to play the game too!

    ADS CAUSING GAME TO FREEZE

    THE ADS ARE STILL FREEZING THE JIGSAW PUZZLES. THIS IS PARTICULARLY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO COMPLETE A PUZZLE UNDDR A TIME LIMIT. THE JIGSAW JAMMER IS A TIMED GAME AND IS IMPOSSIBLE WHEN THE GAME FREEZES. ONE OF THE WORST OFFENDER ADS IS THE
    HONDA FIT AD.

    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE CORRECT THIS PROBLEM!

    Ongoing hassles using Jigsaw on Win 10 Desktop PC

    Jigsaw daily challenges keep losing record of completed challenges!

    As others have posted, freezing. Often ads start up again for no apparent reason

    I have a started "classic jigsaw" puzzle that I can't clear, either to complete or delete, whole desktop app has to be closed & that puzzle avoided.

    When are you going to put more puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw?

    You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

    There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

    Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?

    freezing up

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?
