Microsoft Jigsaw Premium has been broken since December 24, 2017

This game has been broken since Christmas Eve. One day it will work properly and a day or so later, you get a message saying your premium subscription has expired. This is getting
OLD! I have yet to see any reply on this forum from anyone other than the users. The programmers (I ass-you-me) are working on it, but I've seen no reply from Microsoft for sure. Please either get the game fixed or refund our money!?!?!?!?!

Xbox One won't open anything unless I perform a hard reset

Instant On has been broken since the December update, annoyingly Microsoft won't even acknowledge it, let alone fix it.

 

Error code 0x803F8001

I played Microsoft Jigsaw in the past 24 hours without issues. I tried tonight and it wouldn't open so I reinstalled. Now I get a message that says, "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw is currently not available in your account. Here's the error code
in case you need it. 0x803F8001." It does show in my account so what's up? Now I am getting the same error code on Microsoft Mahjong. It keeps saying "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw/Microsoft Mahjong is currently not available to you. Go to the
store." I have paid for the premium and can't access the games. it has been 3 days since I could do the Microsoft Jigsaw and now a day for Microsoft Mahjong. Please help with this issue.
