    Microsoft Jigsaw Points Going Negative


    As i passed 420,000 my points went to -162,980; that is negative. I can see that I am not the only one with this problem. For some days it seems that no one is checking these pages. The game is OK, although it resets occasionally and you lose everything
    that you organized, and frequently you have to start the puzzle from the very beginning. Changing the setting (background color for instance), and changing it back seem to save wherever you were. But the score going negative is not a very healthy development.

    Microsoft Jigsaw awards points go from positive to negative

    My Microsoft jigsaw awards points went from a positive amount to a negative amount and will not let me download any puzzles. How can I fix this problem?

    The same thing has happened to mine. I opened it one day and all the gold I had acquired reverted to a negative number.

    It seems like you will have to contact support to get the proper assistance, and they can look into your account as even xbox ambassadors can not help you there.

    I am new to Microsoft jigsaw and used pointes earned to download more jigsaws. BUT where are they ... any help would be great - otherwise I will just go back to jigzone.com .... where I don't have this issue.
