Microsoft Jigsaw on xbox

Good Afternoon , can anyone help me about Microsoft Jigsaw points . I've completed quite a few collections and had approx. 500,000 points , but as soon as my points total passed the 500,000 mark it suddenly changed to MINUS 499,700 . It will now not allow
to download any more collections as it says I do not enough points . This has been going on for some time and now I've got my total down/up to -287,000 approx. by redoing all my collections but I do still have some way to go .

Any advice please would be most welcome

Progress not synching between computers

I have two computers, both with Windows 8.1 and both have Microsoft Jigsaw installed. On my desktop computer, I was playing Microsoft Jigsaw and then I closed the application. A bit later, I logged into my laptop computer and opened Microsoft Jigsaw and
completed several puzzles under classic jigsaw. Moving forward to today, I open Microsoft Jigsaw on my desktop computer, and go into the classic jigsaw. None of what I completed on my laptop computer carried over to the desktop. Both computers are using the
same microsoft account and both are using the same xbox games username. What happened?

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Microsoft Jigsaw. Please try the troubleshooting steps on this page HERE and let
us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

I run Microsoft Jigsaw under XBox on Windows 10. I tried using the Microsoft Settings ->Apps->Microsoft Jigsaw -> Move button to move the app to the D: drive. Doing this broke the app as discussed above. I tried the suggested procedure above -- I got
the Xbox to connect using my facebook accounnt; however, the jigsaw game continued to indicate that it would not connect to xbox.com.

I then again used the Microsoft Settings -> apps->microsoft jigsaw -> Move command to move the app back to the C: drive where it was originally. Now jigsaw comes up connected to xbox.com and I have my data restored from the server. In other words, it
works on the C: drive but not on the D: drive.

Microsoft Jigsaw is an Xbox app game...anyway it has Xbox in its' header.

Hi mate try uninstalling and reinstalling the game see if it sorts itself out .
