Microsoft Jigsaw....NOT WORKING???!!!

Discus and support Microsoft Jigsaw....NOT WORKING???!!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've been ill and not able to play for a few months....now, when I attempt the Jigsaw Challenges for Feb...it never downloads.   1. Microsoft Jigsaw....NOT WORKING???!!!


    I've been ill and not able to play for a few months....now, when I attempt the Jigsaw Challenges for Feb...it never downloads. I've racked up points that I choose NOT to lose....can you please help with this?

    Every other challenge works but this one!

    Microsoft jigsaw will not let me sign in to xbox to save my history. It shows " This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft jigsaw."

    Tägliche Herausforderung Jigsaw geht nicht mehr zu spielen. Stürzt sofort ab ! Erst deinstalliert, dann Cleaner gestartet, dann neu installiert ! Trozdem geht Jigsaw nicht ! Alle anderen Microsoft Spiele funktionieren gut !

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

    I am having the same problem and it seems that Microsoft either does not care or is not going to fix the issue. I have contacted support several times and no help.

    jigsaw puzzle does not work, black screen

    On Windows 10 pull up the start menu

    Locate Microsoft Jigsaw then right click, then click on More, then click on App settings.

    In the App settings screen for Microsoft Jigsaw turn off the permissions for Camera, Documents, and Background apps.

    Then click the Terminate button, exit the App settings screen, then start the Microsoft Jigsaw app. This process has worked for me

    several times when after a Windows Update has occurred, Jigsaw experiences the black screen spinning wheel scenario.
