    Microsoft Jigsaw not syncing correctly across different devices


    I have the premium version of Microsoft Jigsaw and play daily on different Windows 10 Version 1703 PC machines and am signed in with my xbox account () but the coin totals, the solved puzzles and the daily puzzles are
    not the same. How can I sync (re-sync) on the different machines? This function works fine on these machines for Solitaire, Soduku, Mahjong and Minesweeper, but not for Jigsaw. I had tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that didn't work.

    I use Minesweeper on two different computers but it is not syncing game status across them.

    Hi, yes, all the troubleshooting has been done. What we are left with now is the knowledge that Microsoft Jigsaw is the only game that does not sync across devices. On my main desktop PC I have (most of my) daily challenge badges (bronze, silver, gold).
    But all 3 other PC's (2 desktop, 1 laptop) show ZERO badges. All the other programs manage to sync across devices. Jigsaw is the only game that does not sync across devices anymore after the MS games server crashed. Telephone support did not solve anything
    for that. They feel the jigsaw team should handle this. But the jigsaw team is cloaked in silence and do not answer my questions.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    Thanks Brad,

    But you have no idea how many times I and many others have tried to get responses to issues for this game via all means available over the last two years.

    No one every responds. None of the issues are ever addressed.

    I even signed up to be a beta tester for it and get email updates, nothing ever came of it.

    Today, I was finally able to get my Daily Challenges synced for the last two months, but the previous two years are still missing along with all of the puzzles I had already downloaded. I live in an area with very slow internet and due to the Covid-19 pandemic
    all of the libraries with fast wifi are shut down right now.

    It seems to me that my puzzle downloads might be on my last full back up of my previous computer. Any clues as to what folder they might be in on a Windows10 system?

    It would be wonderful if all of us jigsaw puzzle fiends could enjoy our game while sheltering in place.
