Microsoft Jigsaw not signing in to Xbox

I play Jigsaw on a Windows 10 pc. A couple of weeks ago Microsoft jigsaw stopped signing in to xbox. It suggested signing in on the xbox site then trying again which didn't work. In the end I uninstalled and reinstalled Jigsaw. This lost me some points and one of my completed jigsaws. All my downloaded collections went too but were in the Classic jigsaw collections available to download and remembered which I had done. So not too bad no great loss on points and I can re download those collections I hadn't finished. The annoying thing is it has just happened again. Went to open a jigsaw I am part way through. It shows the jigsaw but won't sign in to xbox, only shows me a fraction of my points and comes up with the same stupid message about login in on xbox which still doesn't work. Anyone else having problems - any solutions - I don't want to keep reinstalling.

Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

OK This just got much worse. I uninstalled and reinstalled which fixed it last time. This time it has lost all my purchased collection and most of my points (200,000 plus down to 1500. How do I get these back anyone?

I have already looked at these. One tells me I have to be signed in to play , I already knew that. The Console companion connects just fine, Just when I open MS Jigsaw it says sorry unable to connect to xbox

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

Are you on windows 10 or 11?
Are you using a VPN, DNS or similar services in your device?
Also, did you tried using a completely wifi network to see if the issue persists?
Did you tried reinstalling the app?
Or what else did you tried so far to fix this?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
