Microsoft Jigsaw not signing in since new Windows update

Jigsaw has not been able to sign in since I installed the latest Windows update (it keeps telling me that the in app purchase is no longer available). I've lost all my daily challenge info and coin balance - what's happening to fix the issue??

i can not log to JigSaw

I can not log to JigSaw after last large update of Windows 10 Home Edition (Version 1703, build 15063.483).

It display error message like

This purchase item from the application is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw [CV:LVnmsPsXP0K0te/8.61.2]

and process o logging is no finished.

It displays for long time "Signing in" or after long time "not signed"

I try to uninstall and again install Jigsaw a I got the some error.

please help me

Jigsaw

Since the recent Windows 10 update Microsoft Jigsaw constantly freezes. I have given up playing. Any ideas as to why would be appreciated.

I'm having similar problems Jigsaw gets to the point of signing in then sticks - forever

Mahjong logs in fine

I can log into Xbox.com - no problem

All Windows update completed

MS Jigsaw reinstalled

Chat with Xbox support - doesn't want to know as I play this on Windows 8.1

Anybody got any ideas as from the look of this forum Microsoft don't seem to actually do much

On Windows 10 pull up the start menu

Locate Microsoft Jigsaw then right click, then click on More, then click on App settings.

In the App settings screen for Microsoft Jigsaw turn off the permissions for Camera, Documents, and Background apps.

Then click the Terminate button, exit the App settings screen, then start the Microsoft Jigsaw app. This process has worked for me

several times when after a Windows Update has occurred, Jigsaw experiences the black screen spinning wheel scenario.

After the automatic update of Windows 8 operating system to Windows 8.1 can no longer play Microsoft Solitaire Collection or Microsoft Jigsaw, how can I solve this problem?

I recommend trying the
Windows Update Troubleshooter.
According to our Microsoft Casual Games FAQ,
Many issues can be solved by using this helpful tool.

I tried all of the above and Jigsaw still keeps crashing. This computer was bran new and Jigsaw has been crashing since I purchased it. once in a while it works. For the month of May I was able to complete 30 days of the Daily Challenges On the 31st it
crashed all day. June is worse. I cannot figure it out.
