Discus and support Microsoft Jigsaw not running right today. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Yeah. I have the same problem in the premium edition.     Microsoft Jigsaw not running right today.


    Yeah. I have the same problem in the premium edition. Plus, it took forever to get to the page with the downloads. I've had the puzzles I own not show before but in the past I could just click on the downloadable collections and re-download them. They recognized
    I already owned them Today, It just pops an info message saying that there are no new puzzles. Very weird! Since there is no support for the games I don't see a way out.

    Microsoft Jigsaw need to be fixed

    Microsoft Jigsaw has been acting strange and today it will not work. Please fix.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Not Working Right.

    For 2 days my Microsoft jigsaw hasn't been working correctly. It will not let me move the puzzle around nor will it let me enlarge or shrink it. I really miss my morning puzzles and coffee time. Please fix it.

    Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.

    I couldn't download daily challenges and new puzzles, either. Today I switched on "Let apps run in the background" (Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, and daily challenges finally started to work. Maybe this
    will help you, too.
