    Microsoft Jigsaw not able to sign into my Xbox account or download puzzles


    Having trouble with Microsoft Jigsaw not being able to sign into my Xbox account, even though I'm signed in on Edge and on Xbox and on Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Jigsaw also will not download puzzles... I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled, but
    same issue is occurring. Any ideas?

    cant sign into MS jigsaw game

    Have not been able to sign into the MS Jigsaw puzzle game for a couple months now. Have free puzzle apps that work better. Not happy.

    What about getting Microsoft Jigsaw working? For weeks I have not been able to download any puzzles. My coins are accepted but no download.

    All you need to do is sign in with the Microsoft account used on Jigsaw
    If you’re doing that and you’re not able to see the progress exists the possibility that you used a different account.
    In case you have more than one email address please check on each one
    I can play the jigsaw puzzles but my download collections are not popping up. It's basically like I need to download them again and pay.

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    I uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw then reinstalled it and all of the puzzle packs downloaded with no problem. Including all the ones I just purchased with my coins. Make sure you have all your information linked with Microsoft Xbox
