Discus and support Microsoft Jigsaw new collection download problems in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't download the Microsoft Jigsaw collections since I got Microsoft 10.     Microsoft Jigsaw new collection download problems


    I can't download the Microsoft Jigsaw collections since I got Microsoft 10. I have missed the last two collections. Now I can't get Nebula

    Microsoft jigsaw

    New collections won't download. Also, there's no way to delete collections that I'm done with. It looks like a lot of other people have problems with jigsaw. What's with this, Microsoft? I like jigsaw when it works, but guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

    New collections won't download.

    I've purchased several new collections in Microsoft Jigsaw. I click "Download," it says "Downloading," and nothing happens.

    Similar problem. The Gold for the collection I wanted has been taken but all I see is a 'Downloading .....' message but no download.

    Same exact problem here. I can't even download the free ones. It just says "downloading" and nothing happens. Even tried leaving it overnight to see if it would make any progress, but nope. Really frustrated and hoping this will be fixed really soon
    and that I don't lose access to the nebula set I spent gold to get.

    Some challenges using jigsaw not in your collections get stuck at "downloading" as well.... about 2 weeks problem...
