Microsoft Jigsaw locks up when searching for ads

Microsoft jigsaw was one of my favorite games but no longer. Program will totally halt when switching ads. This is also a problem with Microsoft Suduko, just not as severe. Seems like a work around is called for since I have seen other posts noting
this.

Problem with Jigsaw

The in-game ads in Microsoft Jigsaw have started to lock up the game. The ad window will turn black and the app freezes for 60 seconds. It is annoying when working a puzzle, but it makes the jigsaw jam impossible because the timer keeps running while everything
else is frozen. This just started recently. The other games in solitaire collection are fine and my internet connection has been good.

This program used to run flawlessly. I have made no changes to my computer, other than Microsoft Updates. No new software installation. Ever since the July Patch Tuesday, Jigsaw continually locks up. When accessing it shows that Jigsaw is using over
35% of the CPU power. This lock up happens whether I have other programs open or not.

this is clearly tied to the damn ads. When the ad display that runs during the game in the lower right corner of the screen is showing an ad, the game runs fine. When the ad display goes white or black between ads (clearly downloading another ad) then
the game hangs.

This appears to be a ploy to have people say Screw It and pay to disable the damn ads. I will not do that. YOU should fix your freaking program.
