Discus and support Microsoft Jigsaw keeps downloading "daily challenges" in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Cannot play the daily challenges. Keeps on downloading the different items.     Microsoft Jigsaw keeps downloading "daily challenges"


    Cannot play the daily challenges. Keeps on downloading the different items. Cannot click to play.

    Something is not right with this application.

    Maybe it's better if Microsoft withdraw this application!

    Microsoft Jigsaw keeps closing

    Microsoft Jigsaw keeps closing when I try to load puzzles or daily challenge - this is a new behavior.

    I keep getting problems trying to download Daily Challenge Data. Error 016000

    I frequently have problems downloading Daily Challenge Data on my Microsoft jigsaw. I am quoted error 016000.

    I cannot start Microsoft Jigsaw Daily Challanges

    I have not been able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw game daily challenges since Sept 30. I have uninstalled and installed the game 3 different times & it still will not download the daily challenges.

    I couldn't download daily challenges and new puzzles, either. Today I switched on "Let apps run in the background" (Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, and daily challenges finally started to work. Maybe this
    will help you, too.

    Microsoft Jigsaw no longer downloads

    That's odd. I just went into the Daily Challenges section of Microsoft Jigsaw, and each of the screens mentioned finished downloading almost immediately.

    I even got a notification saying: "All Daily Challenges for the current month have been downloaded.

    Have you tried signing out, restarting the computer, and signing back into the game already?

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    Downloading problem

    Yes. I am running Win 10. Also have the same problem with the daily challenge. I can play bug catch but other jigsaw challenges lock up downloading.
