    Microsoft Jigsaw keeps closing when I try to load puzzles or daily challenge - this is a new behavior.

    My Microsoft Jigsaw Keeps Closing

    I am having trouble with my Microsoft Jigsaw game. It started when I would open the game it would just shut back down. So after about a month of this I decided to uninstall it and download it again. Well it opens and it will play the two games that come
    with the download but all of the items I have already purchased and a new one that I purchased to try and get the game to work will not download. It does the same thing as it did before, when I click the download it starts and then shuts itself back down.
    I can't figure this out. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

    Jigsaw Puzzles need fixed

    Jigsaw Puzzles won't load properly, when I finish a puzzle I don't get gold bars and it keeps closing out. FIX IT !!!!

    I see you have had no responses on this. I have the same problem only I don't use Xbox to play games, just my pc keyboard & mouse. Last evening I was fitting the very last part to a puzzle (150) and it froze. Was not able to recover from where I was and
    had to reboot computer.

    This happens a lot with Microsoft games. I have Win 10 and at times the toolbar items will not work at all for Jigsaw & solitaire.

    Any help out there with Microsoft???

    Jigsaw app keeps closing

    Got the same problem. Opening the puzzles the "long way" they are marked as done. Very irritating.

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Microsoft Puzzles Premium Subscription

    Mine does this too. I closed it and opened Microsoft Solitaire Collection, plated one game of Klondike then closed it and restarted Jigsaw,,, now loading premium OK again!!
