Microsoft Jigsaw issues

Hi,

I have currently two issues with this game:

1) Daily challenge of the December 20 the third game (puzzlemaniac) doesn't load: after have clicked the icon the application looks as starting loading then stops and nothing happens

2) new London Collection: I asked to download that collection using tokens (5100) already won but it seems that the collection stars downloading then stops and even after few hours nothing happens:

Could anyone help me?

Microsoft Jigsaw Issues

I've had issues with Jigsaw for several months now. It doesn't do any good to report it or even talk about it. I tried the reset in Windows 10, That really screwed things up. Had to do a restore to even get back what puzzles I had before. I've purchased
several new sets of puzzles and when I try to download them, they get about 80% downloaded and then just stop. I have to have Jigsaw open when I go online or I cant even log in. I love this game but this is so frustrating. I don't know why, with all the other
problems people are having, why doesn't Microsoft fix it. Seriously!!!

 

The same thing happened with me with the London collection. I hit download, it took my coins and it started downloading and stopped 3/4 of the way. So now I'm out 5100 coins and no London jigsaw puzzle.

 

Are you playing through a stable connection? Please see if fulling closing the app by pulling it to the bottom of the screen until it flips and then starting the app again resolves the issue.

 

Sorry for delay but I was travelling and I came back just two days ago. Yes the connection is stable but the download didn't finish even following your suggestion. This afternoon, I tried again and finally I got it.

On the contrary, always 'till yesterday I was unable to play the third game of Daily Challenge of December 20th; in addition even the third game ( always puzzlemaniac) of December 28th didn't start. The application stopped working a couple of time and I
had to close it.

Hi,

after have experienced again the total block of the application the 2nd of January, I checked Windows event logs and I noticed that every time I had problems with Microsoft Jigsaw, the system recorded also issues with LiveComm.exe and wwahost.exe belonging
both to microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps.

Following what written in some Microsoft's forums, I uninstalled Mail, Calendar, Peoples and Microsoft Jigsaw apps, I restarted the system and I re-installed the apps. From that time no more issues!
