    Microsoft Jigsaw is not saving new data to the cloud


    The new version of Microsoft Jigsaw
    1.6.1805.1802 is not saving new data to the cloud.
    It shows that I am logged into my Xbox Account.
    It does restore from the cloud the data that is already there even thou it is not the latest.



    I have over 50 entries in the file DailyChallengeLog that show the same problem, just date and time changes.
    Here is one of the entries:

    DateArisyLocal: 6/6/2018 6:27:54 AM; DateArisyServer: 6/6/2018 6:19:51 AM; ErrorCode: 6; ErrorDescription: There is a problem
    communicating with an Xbox service and your data could not be saved. Please refer to error code: 006. Would you like to try again?; AdditionalInfo: v2/MonthChallenge0618;



    What is error code: 006?

    Is this affecting just my system or all systems?

    I am running Windows 10 Pro Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.81) with the latest versions of everything from Microsoft Store.

    that's normal! cause the data save are also on the cloud of microsoft!

    if you want to restart everything, you should delete data save on your console and also on the cloud! Then i will suggest to cancel also from your sister's console Microsoft Jigsaw is not saving new data to the cloud ;)

    After that you can play as a new data saving Microsoft Jigsaw is not saving new data to the cloud :)

    Thank you for the information onyx62is. I'm not sure if my data is saving to my hard drive though because last night when microsoft was having all their problems with xbox live and the cloud I tried to play halo and assassin's creed and they both said syncing
    data from the cloud and they both failed. I was not able to receive my game data until microsoft fixed everything last night.

    i have even tried install a new windows 10, but the game still cant launch after sync my data. I switch to another new microsoft account and launch the game with no problem, seems there have some problem on my save data on cloud and when the data load it just cant load into game. i cannot find any method to delete my cloud save

    If you want to delete your Microsoft Ultimate Word Games cloud data, you can follow these steps:

    Launch Microsoft Ultimate Word Games:
    Start the game on your device.

    Go to Game Settings:

    Access Cloud Save Options:

    Somehow overwrote savefiles

    If you go into your settings and cloud storage is active then your game may be saved to the cloud. However if the new game start has been saved over the old data and the old data has been deleted from the cloud there is not an option to restore it.
